Real Estate is not only a passion of mine, but a way for me to feel as if I am doing my part in the world with each sale. When you buy or sell with me it isn't just about the transaction. A portion of my commission from each sale is donated towards research for DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma). DIPG is a rare brain cancer in children that is terminal due to low funds for research on just how to tackle this type of cancer. My goal is to consistently give $50,000 each year to DIPG research and the only way I can get there is with the sale of your home.
With each client I make sure that you have an experience where you feel as if you are the only person I am serving. It is my goal to make sure that you confidently understand how we are going to achieve either buying or selling your home at a comfort level you desire.
I strive to constantly stay on top of new trends, laws or education being provided at all times. Heading the education committee at our market center gives me the ability to grow as your realtor at a faster rate with access to every class offered. Knowing the best strategies to not only market your home, but to sell it for the best possible rate or as fast as possible gives me the ability to really hit your target goals 100% of the time.
Clear communication and superb customer service is what you will receive when you hire me. We always start by setting expectations for each other to make sure we are meeting those at all times. Communicating within a timely manner is always an expectation requested and I can guarantee you that I will never fail at that task.

Heather SkinnerNC & SC Realtor
If you were to ask Heather what she does for a living she will tell you that she is an advocate for DIPG (terminal brain cancer in children) research which is funded by her wonderful real estate business. Her drive to create a sense of community and connect others comes from her goal of donating $50,000 a year to Levine Children's Hospital from the commission she earns. This bigger purpose leads the way in all things she achieves, whether it is educating others, negotiating for her clients or hosting community activities. Being licensed in North and South Carolina gives her the advantage of assisting those living in the Charlotte area the option to search near and far for their next dream home. Heather prides herself on the knowledge of the community and stays involved by participating in the Greater Indian Land Chamber of Commerce and Van Wyck Elementary's School Improvement Committee. Heather has also led, sponsored and created community events such as the Youth Entrepreneur Expo, Halloween Costume Swap, Walnut Creek's Unite with Light, Indian Land's Firework Extravaganza and the Indian land Touch-a-Truck.
